This is such an incredible year for growth, as your child will begin to show independence and responsibility for their own learning. My goal is to provide the tools and strategies needed to problem solve in all academic areas, as well as socially and behaviorally. About me:  I am a graduate of Penn State University who, after spending a few years as a Reunification Family Counselor, was ready for my next adventure. Upon my arrival in Las Vegas, I discovered Southern Highlands Preparatory during its construction phase. I was one of the original group of teachers who opened the school in 2003 and have spent the majority of my teaching career here. Feeling grateful to be in my ninth year back, along with my two children. I enjoy being surrounded by a collaborative group of teachers, a close-knit community of parents, & so many incredible students. It’s like a home away from home.
